If you're not absolutely delighted with your Stella & Dot purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. We are happy to provide you a cash refund within 30 days and Store Credit within 90 days.

  • Enjoy free exchanges and returns! Return your item, no questions asked within 30 days of your original ship date.
  • We are happy to refund you the original price paid of the item including VAT to your original form of payment or Store Credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will even provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to make the process that much easier.
  • After 30 days, but within 90 days of the original ship date, we are happy to assist you with any items that did not meet your expectations.
  • Refunds to Store Credit are available for the original price paid including VAT. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Cash refunds are not available after 30 days. Replacements and Exchanges are available for 90 days. We will even provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to make the process that much easier.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items in resalable condition (excludes sale items, Trunk Show Specials, Display Items and Business Supplies, which are Final Sale). Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with original proof of purchase. Items not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Final Sale items can not be returned.

  • Yes, you have a legal right to cancel your order for whatever reason within 14 days after the day on which you receive the Goods, and you shall be entitled to a full refund. This cancellation right starts from the date of the Order Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the Contract between us is formed. Unfortunately you are not able to cancel any portion of the Contract which relates to personalised Goods, save in the circumstances that a visual preview provided to you on the Site is materially different to the actual personalized Goods or the quality of the personalised Goods is bad or there is a manufacturer’s defect.
  • If you cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you receive the Goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any). If you paid for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery. We will provide you with a returns shipping label to return your purchase to us free of charge. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel your Order after 14 days from receiving your Goods or if you only cancel part of your order, save for as set out in the returns and refunds section below and under our Delight Guarantee.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Delight Centre directly for a refund. You must return the Goods in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you in order to be entitled to a full refund. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover that you have used them, then you must pay us an appropriate amount.

It’s Simple. If you purchased an item through a Stylist or from our website, and you are not pleased with how the item has worn, simply give us a call and we'll make it right!

All our products may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect, with your original proof of purchase:

To replace an item due to a manufacturer's defect, please contact your Stylist who can assist you. After 90 days, please contact Stella & Dot Customer Services for assistance.

Items modified from our original design, Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our replacement policies.

If you live outside the UK, Ireland, France or Germany or do not have a Stylist, please contact our Delight Centre who will be more than happy to process your return.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to update any of the order information or cancel it. This includes changing the shipping or billing address, payment information or adding additional items to your order. Depending on the change you are looking to make, you may need to place a new order and return your initial order.

Start with your Stylist. She can easily process most returns, replacements and exchanges online for you.

Within 1 business day of your Stylist submitting your return request, she will email you a Collect+ returns shipping label to return your purchase to Stella & Dot.

If you live outside the UK, Ireland, France or Germany or do not have a Stylist, please contact our Delight Centre who will be more than happy to process your return.

Your Stylist can assist you in processing any returns for items purchased with Style Rewards. Any unworn items purchased with Style Rewards can be refunded for Store Credit for 90 days. Any unworn items purchased with your 40% off credit can be refunded to your original form of payment for 30 days or to Store Credit for 90 days. Original shipping will not be refunded. You are welcome to use your 40% off Credit on a future order, however you will need to contact our Delight Centre for assistance with this.

As soon as we receive your returned items at our Returns Centre, we will gladly process your refund. Please allow 7 business days for your return shipment to arrive at our Returns Centre once you drop off with our returns partner.

Once we process your return, you will see your refund payment after 7-10 business days depending on your issuing bank.

If you paid your Stylists with cash or a cheque, your Stylist will need to refund you directly.

Please contact our Delight Centre team and we will be happy to help you. Our Delight Centre can help you find the order number for the gift and will ask you for the name and/or email address of the gift giver. If the item is returned within 90 days of original purchase we are happy to process an exchange or issue you Store Credit towards a different item.

During the Christmas/Holiday season, any gift received may be returned until January 31st for exchange or refund to Store Credit regardless of original purchase date. If the original order number cannot be located, refunds will be based on the current value of the item. Gift recipients will just need to set up an account online and we’ll take care of the rest.

Simply apply the shipping label emailed to you by your Stylist or our Delight Centre team to the outside of your box. Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. The box in which the items were originally shipped can be reused if the size is still appropriate.

Start with your Stylist. After your Stylist processes your return, she will email you a returns shipping label to return your purchase to Stella & Dot. In addition, you can find your label by logging into your Stella & Dot account and visiting Order History - Returns. You will see a link to print your Collect+ return shipping label under the associated return order number.

We use a variety of returns partners to process our returns:

  • UK – Collect+
  • Ireland – ParcelConnect
  • France – Kiala
  • Germany – DHL
  • Elsewhere – various partners

You will need to attach the returns label to your package and drop off at one of the returns locations.

When purchasing items from a Sample Sale or from a Stylist’s table at a Trunk Show with cash or cheque, please follow up directly with your Stylist, unfortunately Stella & Dot Customer Support will not be able to assist you.
When Stylists sell items off of their table the Delight Guarantee may not apply and this policy will vary with individual Stylists.

Since all orders placed online are required to have a valid credit card, your Stylist may have used their personal credit card to process the order. If you purchased an item with cash or cheque please contact your Stylist to process the refund. The Stylist will manually refund your purchase in your original form of payment of either cash or check.

At this time we do not offer price adjustments. Sale prices will be as marked and no price adjustments will be made on previous purchases. All sale items are final sale.
